Job Title: RIAI Registered Architect
Job Description: Architectural Farm are a small, busy, design-based practice based in Dublin 8. We are looking for a RIAI registered Architect with a minimum 2 year experience post part 3 to work on our increasing number of projects spanning residential and public work The successful applicant must be highly motivated, have excellent design and detail awareness and be capable of taking the lead in progressing projects from inception to completion.
Job Requirements:
- RIAI registered Architect
- 2-5 year post qualification, design office experience
- Excellent communication skills for studio, client and onsite situations
- Excellent knowledge of preparing and submitting statutory applications, planning permission, BCAR/BCMS, tender, construction packages
- Excellent knowledge of current Building Regulations and Contract administration
- Experience AutoCad essential, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign
